Returns & Refunds – Padre Surf Club
We stand by our gear and hope you love what you ordered. If something’s not right, we’ve got you.
When Returns Work:
- Only for items with a defect or a mistake on our end.
- Let us know within 14 days of delivery.
- Items should be returned in their original condition.
How to Return:
- Shoot us an email at [email protected] with your order number and what went wrong.
- If approved, send the item back at your cost. We recommend a trackable shipping method so it doesn’t get lost.
- Original shipping costs aren’t refundable.
Refunds:
- Once we get your return and check it out, we’ll refund the price of the item to your original payment method.
- Refunds take about 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
No-Go Returns:
- Used items, changed items, or items without defects aren’t eligible.
- We don’t cover return shipping unless we messed up.
