At Padre Surf Club, we’re committed to getting your order to you as efficiently as possible while maintaining the quality and care you expect from our small-batch production.
Processing Time:
- In Stock Items: Most orders are processed and shipped within 10 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll keep you informed.
- Pre-Order Items / Limited Batch Items: Some items are produced in small batches to ensure quality and exclusivity. Processing for these items may take more than 2 weeks before shipping. Please refer to the item description for the expected shipping date.
Shipping Time:
Once your order has shipped, delivery times vary by location. Please allow 5–10 business days for standard delivery.
Order Tracking:
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships so you can monitor your package every step of the way.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination within the U.S. We aim to keep shipping affordable while ensuring your items arrive safely.
U.S. Orders Only:
At this time, Padre Surf Club ships to U.S. addresses only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
